The word is spreading. API is proud to announce the opening of facilities world wide which offer the same programs as the original API Training Center. There are two different type of facilities that offer API programs. There are API Training Centers and Caveman Training™ Affiliates .
API Training Centers are facilities that offer the same class curriculum as the original API Training Center in Minnesota. This curriculum not only includes the Caveman Training™ Affiliates series but every other program offered at the original API Training Center located in Minnesota.
Caveman Training™ Affiliates are facilities that only offer the Caveman Training™ Series curriculum.

This is w here it all began. The original API Training Center is located in Brooklyn Center, Minnesota. It is owned and operated by Scott Ramsdell and Matt Olson. Caveman Training™ was founded and developed at this location. All API Training Center and Affiliate Instructors have been trained and certified by Scott, Matt and their staff. The API name and it’s programs have been featured in numerous magazines, on television and now on video. API continues to stay ahead of the game by inventing new routines and equipment in an effort to “shake up” the fitness establishment.

A limited API class schedule is now being taught inside Quantum Martial Arts. These classes are run by the same, highly trained, Certified Caveman Training Instructors that lead groups at the original API Training Center. Participants do not need to be Quantum Martial Arts Students. Persons of all abilities and interests are allowed into the groups.
